I created a small display to mark Valentine's day. The residents enjoyed helping me to arrange the rose lights, rose petals, roses and a Valentine's card joking about how many cards they may receive. In the afternoon a visiting entertainer crooned love songs to them which all enjoyed. For afternoon tea the chef made heart shaped biscuits decorated with fresh cream and a strawberry served on heart shaped serviettes with a chocolate heart.
