Residents made table decorations with real foliage, adding baubles, tinsel and dried orange pieces, which looked great when finished. They lasted well, decorating the dining room tables to the end of the month.

We were all lucky enough to have our singer; Mark join us again to sing a wonderful collection of Christmas songs for our residents. Mark sang from behind a screen and wore a mask but this didn't affect the lovely melody of the songs and it was a real treat for everyone.

We had a carol service on Christmas Eve and enjoyed a lovely service with many residents doing a reading. Stan; our resident pianist, played the organ for us and everyone enjoyed a glass of sherry at the end.
