Kingston Exotics

Visiting the Vicarage today were an assortment of reptiles from Kingston Exotics.

Kingston Exotics introduced us to an assortment of reptiles including an African house snake, a young python, a bearded dragon called Ben, a miniature tortoise called Buttons. Along with them were some delightful mammals, a lop eared rabbit called Winter because he was born in the summer that loved to snuggle in, a gorgeous Syrian hamster who kept trying to escape, a Guinea pig called Maisie who loved to be stroked.

Everyone who wanted to could hold the animals, handling the reptiles somewhat reluctantly at first but curiosity soon took over and the residents were soon fascinated by the different textures of their skins and their colours. The furry animals were a real hit especially Maisie the guinea pig. The visit was enjoyed by all and further visits have been planned.
